Our Heritage
When we first opened our doors, India was home to 29 states, each with its unique flavours and traditions. Although India now comprises 28 states, the essence of our cuisine remains unchanged.
Our restaurant's name, inspired by the 29 states, serves as a testament to the rich culinary heritage of India. Our chefs have carefully crafted a menu that weaves together the bold flavours, vibrant spices, and aromatic ingredients from across the country.
